  • Brunate: This commune is located high above the town of Como on Mount Boletto. It is renowned for its funicular train that travels up the mountainside to take visitors here from the below situated Como. This town is the perfect place to take in the spectacular views of the surrounding lake and mountains, or to just relax and breath in the fresh mountain air.
